TOUCHDOWN DREAMS

Your game.
Your privacy.

Privacy policy · Updated September 30, 2026

Touchdown Dreams is a single-player football career game. Careers and team edits are stored on your device. Optional accounts, public leaderboards, ads and in-app purchases use the services described below.

What stays on your device

Career progress, fictional player names and appearances, team edits, imported artwork, settings, and daily reward records are saved locally. The game does not upload complete career saves or editor images to our server. If you choose to publish a leaderboard entry, the limited public summary described below is uploaded. Choosing an image imports it into the editor; it does not publish your photo library. You can share exported files yourself, in which case the service you choose handles that sharing.

No game account, real name, email address, contacts access, or precise location permission is required to play. Fictional player ages and names in a career are game data, not a request for your real age or identity.

Services that process information

Optional accounts and progression

An account is optional for playing offline. Creating an account sends your email address, chosen unique public username and password to the account service. Firebase Authentication handles password storage, email verification and password recovery. Our backend forwards your credentials securely to Firebase and does not store your password. We store private Firebase session credentials, hashed game session handles, linked career identifiers, qualifying game and season summaries, achievement unlocks and account XP to provide sign-in, recovery and progression across devices. Linking a career enables automatic progress synchronization for newly tracked results; it does not upload the complete career save. Your email address is not shown on your public profile.

Your username, both games’ progression summaries, approved profile picture and bio, and leaderboard submission history are public. Profile pictures are resized before upload. Google Firebase processes email addresses and authentication credentials and sends verification and password-recovery links. Cloudflare hosts account records. You can sign out and choose not to link a career. Account deletion and other privacy choices are described below.

Optional public leaderboards

Publishing is optional and requires your confirmation. No account is required. A submission shares your chosen guest handle or, when signed in, your account username, fictional athlete name, avatar settings, position, team, competition level, difficulty, completed season statistics and honors, or individual game statistics and whether the game was played or simulated. Do not use your real name or sensitive information as a public handle. These entries are visible to other players. A stable account ID and random career ID identify ownership and updates. Older guest entries can be linked only using their existing device publication key, not by matching names.

Cloudflare hosts the leaderboard service and processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver it and limit abuse. We store submitted summaries and record identifiers for ranking, deduplication and moderation. Full save files, private messages, editor artwork, and payment details are not sent to the leaderboard. A profile picture you explicitly select is uploaded separately to your public account profile. Approved submissions are queued on your device and retried automatically when connected. Contact support with your public handle and career ID to request removal of a published entry; deleting a local save alone does not delete a public entry.

Optional rewarded ads · Google AdMob

When you choose to watch an ad, Google processes ad interactions, device identifiers, device and diagnostic information, and an IP address that can indicate approximate location. This supports ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation. Privacy checks may contact Google before you choose an ad. This version requests non-personalized ads and does not request Apple's tracking permission; this does not mean ads process no data. Where needed, Google's consent form lets you make privacy choices before an ad is requested. Google's advertising information and privacy policy explain its processing.

Purchases and restoration · Apple and RevenueCat

Apple handles payment information. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier, purchase and transaction information, and technical information needed to validate and restore Premium Edition and Editor Pack access. The game does not send RevenueCat your fictional player names, career saves, or editor artwork. We do not receive your payment card details. RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy describe their practices.

This website and fonts

Cloudflare hosts this policy page and processes standard connection information, such as IP address and request details, to deliver and protect it. This page has no advertising or analytics scripts. Some game screens request fonts from Google Fonts; those requests disclose connection and browser/device information to Google. Cloudflare privacy policy · Google Fonts privacy information.

If you contact us

We receive the email address and information you include in a support message. We use it to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or unnecessary personal information.

One account for both Dreams games

Hoop Dreams and Touchdown Dreams share one Firebase sign-in, unique username, profile bio and profile picture. XP, levels, achievements and login streaks are separate for each game. Signing in and linking a career sends qualifying results, progression records and daily-reward information to our services. The shared public profile displays both games’ levels, XP, achievement counts and login streaks, plus account-linked leaderboard activity. Entries remain on their original game’s leaderboard. An account is optional for playing and for eligible guest leaderboard submissions.

Public profiles, reports and blocking

Your public username, account identifier, approved bio and photo, progression summaries and published leaderboard activity can be viewed by other players without signing in. Your email, password and session credentials are not public. Do not include sensitive information or identifying information about children in public content. Images are resized before upload; we receive only the image you select, not your photo library.

New bio and photo changes are held for review before publication. Existing approved content stays visible while a change is pending. We filter public text and may reject content, remove a profile or suspend public access for harassment, hate, sexual content, violence, impersonation or disclosure of private information. Use Report profile on a public profile to send a category and optional details to our moderation queue. We process reports and technical rate-limit information to investigate abuse. You can also contact hyyoe11@gmail.com.

Block player hides that account’s profile and leaderboard entries on the current device. Blocks are stored locally and can be removed in Account → Privacy & safety. They do not delete that player’s public content or prevent other people from viewing it. These games do not provide player-to-player messaging.

Delete your shared account

In either game, open Account → Privacy & safety → Delete account, enter your password and confirm. This permanently deletes the shared Firebase login, email/profile records, both games’ account XP and achievements, linked result history and account-owned leaderboard submissions. Deletion applies to both games; it cannot be undone. The service processes the request and retries if a connected service is unavailable. The screen shows completion only after cleanup and Firebase deletion finish. If a request stays pending, contact support. Temporary deletion credentials are held privately only while needed to complete the request.

Local career saves and exported files stay on their devices and can be removed separately. They are not cloud backups. Deleting the account does not delete unrelated guest submissions, copies other people have made of public content, or Apple/Google/RevenueCat purchase records. Contact support to request removal of a guest entry, giving the public player/submission name and career identifier if available. Never send passwords or login tokens. Store purchases are managed through the relevant store.

Retention and your choices

Account and progression records remain while the account is active. Pending profile changes remain until reviewed, replaced or deleted. Reports are held for moderation and removed when resolved or when the reported account is deleted. A minimal non-public deletion marker prevents old sessions/results from recreating a deleted account; completed deletion receipts contain no email, bio, photo, password or refresh token. Reserved developer usernames remain unavailable to prevent impersonation. Hosting providers may retain security logs and recovery copies under their retention policies; deleted records must not be restored to active use.

Support email is used to respond to requests and retained as needed for support and applicable obligations. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, withdraw consent or object to processing, and contact a privacy authority. Email hyyoe11@gmail.com for help. We may need to verify ownership. Services may process information outside your country; their policies describe safeguards.

Your choices and data removal

Local records remain until removed or replaced. Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. Service providers apply their own retention policies. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. Contact us for help; we may need information to verify and locate a request. You can also contact the relevant provider or your local privacy authority.

Services may process data in countries other than yours. Their policies describe applicable safeguards. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Children and personal information

Offline play does not require an email address or public profile. Optional account registration requires an email address; public profiles and submissions should not contain identifying information about children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Do not put a child's real name or identifying information in support attachments or files you share publicly.

Changes to this policy

We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. Material changes will also be described through an appropriate in-app notice or release information.
